If the washing machine displays three dashes, indicates the washing machine has finished the cycle with the “CHILD LOCK” enabled and the washing machine is then switched off using the selector button or a power outage occurs.
- Three dashes may appear on the display when the washing machine is switched on.

- Reset the machine by switching off the power and reconnecting after approx. 1 minute.
- Then disable the child safety lock, as instructed in the user manual. (If you do not have your user manual, refer to Where can I find the user manual for my appliance?).
Unplug the washing machine.
|Insert the plug in the socket after approx. 1 minute.|

- Model number
- Product number (PNC)
- ELC number
- Serial number

Make a note of the reported error code and quote it when you request an engineer. This will not solve your problem, but it will help our engineer identify the cause of the problem.
