  • In Service Mode “Er‟ will appear in the display.
  • The “Action‟ button cannot be used for the sensor.
  • Press “Next” to enable the next component.

 

For older appliances:

Square on the display

  • Errors shown on the display: Errors shown on the RIGHT on the display. The display is arranged in the shape of a figure of eight, which means two squares with one on top and the other on the bottom. 
    • Square at the bottom which is on steadily - air sensor outage.
    • Square at the top which is on steadily - evaporator sensor outage.
  • Errors shown on the LEFT on the display. The display is arranged in the shape of a figure of eight, which means two squares with one on top and the other on the bottom. 
  • Square at the bottom which is on steadily - defrosting element outage.
  • Square at the top which is on steadily - fan outage.
  • Line in the display - the temperature is outside the optimal range.  The appliance is working to achieve the optimal temperature. 
  • Flashing line in the display - the refrigerator section is below 0oC. The thermostat probably needs to be set differently. If the problem persists, it is a refrigeration issue.
